Happy Saturday boys and girls!
Chambray Shirt - Forever New; Top - Can't remember...; Tights - Mr. Price; Boots - Rage; Earrings Woolworths; Bracelet - Mother's; Scarf tied as bow - very, very old.
When I was choosing my outfit, I made a deliberate effort to use items with different textures and see how well they'll go together. I went with:
Chambray shirt to add a laid back, casual feel to it all
Cotton top with embellishments because we can never have enough of embellishments
Tights which are made out of not one, not two but three different materials - polyester, spandex and viscose.
Leather boots.
It was a big texture party!
I also learnt how to do this cute bow from a lovely lady I met last Saturday! She's called Tracy and when I first saw the bow on her I couldn't stop myself from walking up to her and asking her to show me how she did it. She graciously walked me through it step by step - thanks Tracy!

Haven't watched either any of them yet cos I wanted to go through the most recent episodes of Greys Anatomy, Gossip Girl and Revenge. If you've watched any of these shows, what do you think?
And while we're on the topic, have you watched any good movies lately you can recommend?

As long as revenge stays away from conspirancies(we don't need another prison break) and continues on its campy soapy route,it is perfect as is.also,Nolan OMG!!! Gossip girl seems to have lost its plot somewhere in the third season, and as for grey's anatomy,i couldn't get passed the first season.i just simply don't have a depression threshhold required to get through it.eh,this has turned into a proper essay.sorry.btw,really cute bow.will u put up a tutorial for it?

Greys is soooo good! I also stopped watching it at one point and didn't even finish last season but started this one anyway. First episode in and I was already crying like a baby.
The bow is sooo easy to do (I felt a little dumb after asking Tracy to show me), but I'll definitely do a tut for it.
Definately,will be looking forward to that tutorial. The difference between a soap and a series....a soap can be a series,but a series isn't necessarily a soap. Soaps tend to rely on drama alot, and to a greater extend,obvious manipulation of viewers emotions.Anyway,that's how i understand it.But with Revenge,it isn't always abt the jaw dropping moments,so it strikes a good balance. Also,did u know that the girl who plays the British party planner has a fashion blog?i think ringmybell.blogspot.com. I think u 2 have a similar style.
