 Have you guys heard of this software called GIMP? It's sort of like Photoshop only it's Free. Oh yes. In case you need to hear that again, there's free Photoshop-like software out there people. Grab it.

Every Sunday I tell myself that I'm going to spend my day doing nothing but resting but does that really ever happen? Not so much.

To make it worse, there's this annoying pimple smack in the middle of my forehead. Bet that's the only thing that you can now notice in that picture..

And to add a cherry to it all, I've been having a dull neck ache for the past few hours..

Those were the three worst things about my day. 

Life has been rather lovely to me lately and to focus on three small things that I didn't like would be a shallow way of looking at the bigger picture. Wouldn't you say?

Is it me or has this week been longer than usual? I can't wait for the weekend - I've got a few business ideas running through my head but all the real preparation needs to wait till the weekend.

 Is anyone out there as obsessed at doing the perfect ice grill as I am? Jay Z may one day need me in one of his videos so I can whip out this mean face so it's very necessary that I practice often you see.

Sometimes, in my head, I think I'm a fashionista and take pictures of my outfits on my phone. 

 And then, other times, I beg my dad to take me for Chinese so I can parade around in my fashionable outfit. You know, like a fashionista and all.

 So last night I tried this whole Tribal Nail Art stuff. My brother Jeff thinks those colours I used are dreadful. I reckon I should wait for him to fall asleep and do this nail art on him - maybe he'll appreciate this art more. Just maybe.

So I'm reaching into my bag this morning to get hand sanitiser and I come out with a bunch of these. Ndengu (or green grams to the non-Swahili speakers). I would explain how they got there but I've got no idea.

What's happening? How's life treating ya? 

Woke up feeling tired, moody and dreading this loooong day this morning. And then, while driving to work and bobbing my head to Jennifer Hudson's new song, I found myself smiling so hard and feeling excited about life. And just like that I remembered that smiling and feeling happy is 100% choice and 100% free. No, really, it is. Doesn't matter what's happened or how you're feeling but you decide to be happy.

So here's to a happy Tuesday, lots of love and smiles that would make Colgate proud.

What have I been up to at this ungodly hour? (11:24pm and ticking) Oh just browsing through the internet and checking out what shoes Zara has to offer to the fashionistas of this world. I definitely can't afford any of these shoes as I'm currently on a strict budget saving for my camera but boy does it make me happy to look at these babies. I also looked at some Heel Condoms. I'd explain but why take the fun out of it.
